Some kids color apples red. I colored mine green. When everyone else made pilgrims for Thanksgiving, I crafted an Indian with braids, feathers, and beads. That's just who I am - someone who sees possibilities where others see rules.
From Creative Beginnings to Life-Changing Challenges.
After earning my diploma and journeyman certificate in Interior Painting and Decorating, life took me on an unexpected path. I became a single mom, working in customer service and management until I met Husband - my partner in life and now in business.
Then came the curveball that changed everything: ovarian cancer.
When "NO" Became My Superpower.
Five years into marriage, cancer tried to rewrite my story. It took my health, my career, and nearly took my hope. But when doctors gave me timelines I didn't like, I said the most important word of my life: “No.”
No! This isn't How My Story Ends.
Nine years later, I'm still here - cancer free. Still laughing more than crying. Still coloring outside the lines.
