General Information:
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Delivery Time:
Most orders are delivered within 7 days or less from the date of purchase.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
Order Changes:
Contact us at customercare@vaedarie.com or call 1-800-576-5567 within 24 hours of placing your order to make changes. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made.
Product Information:
We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions and images. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you immediately with alternatives or issue a full refund.
Returns & Exchanges:
30-Day Return Window:
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery date. All returns must be in original condition with original packaging.
How to Start a Return:
Contact us directly at customercare@vaedarie.com before returning any item. Please include your order number and tracking information when contacting us. We'll provide you with return instructions and authorization.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt.
Processing & Refunds:
· Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
· Refunds are issued to your original payment method
· A 25% restocking fee applies to returns of non-defective items
· Minimum restocking fee is $10
Damaged or Defective Items:
Contact us within 10 days of delivery if your item arrived damaged or defective. Include photos of the damage and your tracking number with your email to customercare@vaedarie.com. For damaged or defective items, we'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
What We Need from You:
· Original packaging and all included materials
· Return authorization (we'll provide this when you contact us)
· Items in sellable condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered)
Items We Cannot Accept:
· Items damaged by normal wear and tear
· Items returned after 30 days
· Items without return authorization
